Welcome to one of Manitoba's premier golf courses. Nestled amongst Canada's picturesque Lake of the Woods, the Lake of the Sandhills Golf Course offers some of the most pristine golf imaginable. The course is an 18-hole, par 72, with over 6800 yards play. Its beautiful 200-acre site is located at MOM's corner - the junction of Manitoba, Ontario & Minnesota, and overlooks the waters of Big Traverse Bay & Muskeg Bay of Lake of the Woods. Carved from the woods, the individual holes are memorable due to the variety of their settings. The inland areas of the course feature gently rolling terrain and the golfer will be challenged by generous sand hazards and natural rough areas. Five of the holes have lakeshore exposure where the winds and water of Lake of the Woods will come into play. Before or after your game of golf, we invite you to visit our Fire & Water Bistro, Island Green Lounge and Conference Centre. Our fully licensed restaurant and lounge overlooks the scenic Muskeg Bay, and The Gambler, our Island Green hole, hosts our closest to the pin contests which add a bit of excitement to our relaxed atmosphere.
